Anna Wintour Says Condé Nast Is Making Some MAJOR Changes Following Allegations of Sexual Misconduct Against Photographers

In the past few months, victims of sexual assault and harassment have come forward to share their stories of abuse not only in the realms of entertainment, media, and politics, but in the fashion industry, as well. Now, in the wake of recent sexual misconduct allegations against such renowned style photographers as Mario Testino, Bruce Weber, and Terry Richardson, Vogue‘s Editor in Chief and Condé Nast Artistic Director, Anna Wintour, is revealing how her outlets are planning to safeguard models and crew members against future incidents.

Over the weekend, The New York Times published a report accusing photographers Mario Testino and Bruce Weber of sexual misconduct against dozens of male models throughout their lengthy careers. Both men have since denied the allegations.

Still, the media mogul was quick to address the reports, taking to Vogue‘s website to say that the brand would not be working with either photographer for the foreseeable future.

“Both are personal friends of mine who have made extraordinary contributions to Vogue and many other titles at Condé Nast over the years, and both have issued objections or denials to what has emerged,” she said. “I believe strongly in the value of remorse and forgiveness, but I take the allegations very seriously, and we at Condé Nast have decided to put our working relationship with both photographers on hold for the foreseeable future.”

In addition, the 68-year-old also unveiled a “new Code of Conduct” for Condé Nast to help readers “understand how we can create safe and positive environments for everyone we work with.”

Among the new guidelines set forth by the code is a new age requirement. According to the site, “All models appearing in fashion shoots commissioned by Condé Nast must be 18 years of age or older. The only exceptions will be those appearing as themselves as part of a profile, news story, or similar content, and they will be required to have a chaperone on set at all times.”

That means fashion darlings such as Kaia Gerber, 16, will have to wait a few years to continue following in supermodel mom Cindy Crawford’s fashionable footsteps of sartorial domination — at least on the pages of Condé Nast properties.

To further protect models from coercion or discomfort with the subject nature of shoots, the guidelines also detail that “any shoot involving nudity, sheer clothing, lingerie, swimwear, simulated drug or alcohol use, or sexually suggestive poses must be approved in advance by the subject.”

In addition, the publishing giant will no longer allow alcohol or recreational drugs on sets going forward, nor will photographers be permitted to use Condé Nast spaces for personal projects, with Wintour noting that she takes all allegations “very seriously.”

“Even as we stand with victims of abuse and misconduct, we must also hold a mirror up to ourselves — and ask if we are doing our utmost to protect those we work with so that unacceptable conduct never happens on our watch. Sometimes that means addressing the fact that such behavior can occur close to home.”

Fans who were left on the edge of their seats after watching the first part of AHS: Delicate last year won't have to wait longer for part two! Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are gearing up to pick up where their characters left off, and sinister twists are about to get much darker. While we know the focus revolves around their interactions, we can't wait to see how Gilmore Girls star Matt Czuchry fits into what's sure to be a big reveal.

Read on for a mini recap of part one of AHS: Delicateand learn all the juicy details about part two!

Recap of Kim Kardashian's involvement in AHS: Delicate

Kim Kardashian as 'Siobhan' in "American Horror Story: Delicate"

As good as Kim Kardashian is as the icy publicist Siobhan on AHS: Delicate, don't expect her to watch herself onscreen. She appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and explained why she hasn't seen herself in clips of the show when Jimmy Kimmel played and unsettling one.

Her character can be seen intimidating a fertility doctor to do her bidding as she pierces the top of his neck with a long orange fingernail. She smiled before saying "It's so funny, I can't watch it back," and then added, "I get so nervous."

She even talked about the difference between filming for TV and working as an actual actress. She said, "I called my sisters and I go, 'Guys. You — not to say you'd ever want to get into acting — but you are so lucky you can wake up and just, we can sit in bed and film, and you don't have to get up...like there is no schedule."

However, it seems like the budding actress took her new schedule in stride because Star Trek actor and AHS co-star Zachary Quinto applauded Kardashian’s acting chops.

“I did a cameo on this season of ‘American Horror Story’ and I got to meet her,” the actor told People. “She was so lovely and warm and, really, I don’t think she needs my advice.” Quinto added, sharing that Kardashian, was “really in her element” on set and he was “really impressed by her spirit and her openness…I really look forward to seeing this season because I think she’s gonna do a wonderful job.”

Recap of AHS: Delicate Part 1

Image via FX Networks

The first part of AHS: Delicate premiered on FX September 20, 2023 and centered around actress Anna Victoria Alcott's desire to become a mother. Played by Emma Roberts, viewers watched as her husband Dexter Harding (played by Matt Czuchry) was supportive of her IVF procedure so the couple could conceive their first child. Despite the previous struggles, the procedure is a success and the happy couple learn they have a baby on the way.

However, things go horribly wrong when Anna starts being followed and eventually experiences a violent miscarriage during her first trimester. Somehow the baby actually survives, but Anna still experiences a series of strange hallucinations and events. From losing her hair to vomiting a foreign object, she starts to wonder if something is wrong with her baby. There's also the fact that she told her publicist Siobhan (played by Kim Kardashian) that she'd do anything to remain at the top of the her career.

What's revealed is that a baby cult does exist and Dexter's dead first wife knew all about it. However, the cult still looks at him as a threat so it's only a matter of time before they close in.

If you need a refresher, catch up on the first part of AHS: Delicate on Hulu and be sure to check out the eery trailer for a look at part two! Also, get your hands on a copy of Danielle Valentine’s novel Delicate Condition to see how the story truly unfolds.

American Horror Story: Delicate Part Two | Official Trailer - Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian | FX

We suspected Siobhan may have a darker role than Anna thinks and the trailer confirms it. As Anna gets further along in her pregnancy, it's hinted that her growing baby may not be 'normal' and there's nothing she'll be able to do about it.

We're crossing our fingers for Anna and Dexter, but the baby cult may have the final say in AHS: Delicate Part 2.

The first portion of AHS: Delicate Part 2 premiered on FX April 3, 2024, but the series will come to a close beginning April 24. All we can say is things are about to get extremely bumpy 👀.

What do you think will happen during the final moments of AHS: Delicate Part 2? Let us know in the comments!

While a bag can be something you just sling on your shoulder, I love a trending purse moment. We've seen a lot over the years from the ever-popular Hermès Kelly (and all its many cheaper alternatives) to more accessible options like cheeky media totes, but there are 3 bag trends that I have on my radar at the moment: canvas totes, bucket bags, and micro bags. These trends are popping up more and more, with iconic celebrities like Carolyn Bessette Kennedy and Bella Hadid carrying canvas totes and bucket bags falling in line as the latest installment of quiet-luxury. And I mean, who doesn't love a micro bag?! They're so impractical, but so fun — like all the best fashion is! While I could muse on and on about these fab bags, let's actually see (and shop) all the trending purses the girls can't get enough of right now.

Canvas Tote Bags

LL Bean Boat and Tote

Probably the most well-known canvas totes you can think of, this LL Bean is a classic and for good reason! It's affordable, chic, and has a monogram option that is too fun. One of my favorite instagrams @ironicboatandtotes has a page dedicated to clever monogramming options. So grab this tote with a funny inside joke and you'll be perfectly on trend for this spring and summer.

Photo via The Millennial Decorator

Millennial Decorator Equestrian Tote

Scrolling through The Millennial Decorator's page is like flipping through a vintage issue of Vogue from the '90s when all of a sudden you've been transported directly to the time period itself. She is truly a visionary and has such a keen eye for style that I've only seen a select handful of cool-girls exhibit. On her site, you'll be able to buy copious amounts of stunning vintage items, but one of my favorite pieces she has is this canvas tote that is a vintage dream. I love the equestrian nod and couldn't skip this cute bag in our roundup!

Gap Canvas Tote

This canvas tote is great if you're wanting to opt for more color this spring and summer season. It's also on sale for only $43 so if you're looking for the perfect tote to carry you from travel season to work then definitely pick up this cute, red number while it's still at a discounted price!

Bucket Bags

J.Crew Bucket Bag

I'm not sure if you're on "quiet-luxury-tok" like me, but The Row bags are all over my FYP at the moment. And while I love them, they're not exactly affordable. So when I saw this identical J.Crew bag I knew it would make for the perfect addition to our lineup!

COS Straw Bucket Bag

Another high-end similar bag, this Khaite-inspired straw piece is all over social media and I understand why! It has such a minimalistic, luxury feel yet at such an affordable price-point! And it's also nailing another trend by being raffia as well. I promise you, this bag will have everyone asking you where you got it! And you can respond with, "OMG, it was actually from COS for only $99." Nailed it!

Mango White Bucket Bag

This bag is a way to achieve this trend on a budget. It's listed at a price of $43...I repeat: $43!!! That's such a steal for a bag like this and plus I just adore all things Mango. They have some amazing pieces that are high quality and on trend at the same time. Don't mind us sprinting to press "checkout" on this cutie!

Micro Bags

J.Crew Mini Raffia Bag

J.Crew has been absolutely killing the game with some of their summer pieces they've launched, and this straw bag is definitely at the top of my wishlist! I'm thinking of getting it for my trip to Europe because it's the perfect size to fit my camera, lipgloss, and essentials without being too bulky to carry long distances. Love it!

Banana Republic Black Micro Bag

This is such a cute take on the micro bag — the little bit of western edge makes it perfect for festival season! The braided strap and the fringe details truly make it a unique micro-bag! You can dress this one up with a mini dress and heels or dress it down with a white button down and shorts.

Longchamp Le Pliage Micro Bag

Longchamp is one of those classic, heritage brands that will never go out of style and be a classic forever IMO. They usually stick to larger bags and totes, but this mini take on their classic large duffle is absolutely precious and I definitely need it. And it's currently on sale at Nordstrom Rack for 40% off in this light blue! This one won't fit too many items, but isn't that the purpose of the micro bag? Impractical for the sake of fashion! I'm all about it.

I still remember the days when I'd walk (albeit, hesitantly) into Abercrombie & Fitch – at my local mall no less, gasp! – and be enveloped by a dense, dark cloud of their signature musk. Now, the A&F styles of my youth are being re-sold on eBay as 'vintage' items. Eek!

The fashion powerhouse went through a massive rebrand in 2021, and turns out, I'm still obsessed with the mall brand that ruled my teen years. Abercrombie & Fitch still sells all the basics (tees, tanks, jeans, and more), but what's really been living rent-free in my head is their wedding guest dresses! There are so many styles to explore, which come at an especially great time since wedding season's about to get real busy.

These 8 Abercrombie wedding guest dresses are all you need to pull a look at this year's ceremonies. With more mature silhouettes, flattering colors, and a variety of sizes to suit everyone, there's a perfect Abercrombie wedding guest dress waiting for you below!

Draped Skirt Maxi Dress

This figure-hugging (but still stretchy) maxi dress features a flattering cinched detail along the waistline that falls down into a long straight skirt with a tall slit. The high boat neckline is more modest, but the back opens up, allowing you to show some skin.

The open back on this satin dress secures with a dainty bow tie that evens out the entire look! Not to mention, this butter yellow color is super trendy right now (and very fit for summertime), so you'll be absolutely slaying as a guest at the next wedding you go to.

This Draped Skirt Maxi Dress goes for $130 and is shoppable in 5 other colors in regular, petite, and tall sizes.

The A&F Giselle Pleated One-Shoulder Maxi Dress

Give 'em some shoulder with this elegant maxi! The satin material is finely pleated throughout, leading directly to the heightened waistline that shapes and cinches you in the best way. This luxe-looking dress doesn't feature any stretchiness or adjustable straps, though customers say it accurately fits true to size. It secures with a discreet zipper on the side.

This Abercrombie & Fitch wedding guest dress is $150 and shoppable in 5 other colors and regular, petite, and tall sizes.

Angel Sleeve O-Ring Gown

This serene green gown comes ready to wear in a smooth satin fabric, which is fairly breathable for the warmer months. The maxi-length hemline falls around the ankles and juts up to form a flirty leg slit. While the bottom half of this wedding guest dress is reminiscent of your typical maxi style, the top has all things fun goin' on. Flutter sleeves and a cheeky o-ring neckline make for the perfect picture-taking and post-ceremony dancing dress!

The Angel Sleeve O-Ring Gown costs $140. You can also snag it in a blue hue in regular, petite, and tall sizes.

The A&F Giselle Pleat Release Midi Dress

Since pleats are an instant giveaway to more elevated styles, it's no wonder most of the Abercrombie wedding guest dresses feature them. This strapless midi design (also comes with removable spaghetti straps) is pleated all over and partners up with an adorable contrasting floral pattern for added visual interest. The straight neckline hugs your bodice with a flexible stretch.

This Giselle Pleat Release Midi Dress costs $130 and is shoppable in 3 other colors and regular, petite, and tall sizes.

One-Shoulder Asymmetrical Hem Midi Dress

A solid navy blue can do no wrong, IMO. This midi boasts an asymmetrical hemline that's anything but bland! It's crafted from a "sculpting stretch-enhanced crepe fabric" that'll hug you in comfortably. The tiered design is definitely more fitted up top, while the bottom half swings freely. This pick is an easy one-and-done type of style, as it's free of any adjustable straps, ties, or zippers.

The One-Shoulder Asymmetrical Hem Midi Dress is also shoppable in black for $130 in regular, petite, and tall sizes.

Ruffle Strap High-Low Maxi Dress

Bury me in this ruffle dress! It has me wanting to bring back the high-low look in full force this year. This wedding guest dress has ruffles galore – on the straps and along the waist and bottom hem. The wrap-around bodice is super flatting and a bit more revealing with a classy v-neck shape. The drop waist detail mirrors the asymmetrical length of the skirt, elongating your midsection. This chiffon dress secures in the back with a thin zipper.

The Ruffle Strap High-Low Maxi Dress clocks in at $130, and you can shop it in 3 other colors in regular, petite, and tall sizes.

Drama Bow-Back Taffeta Gown

For a more casual wedding guest ensemble, this flowy frock is my #1 pick. It's less fitted than other Abercrombie wedding guest dresses, featuring a babydoll silhouette that hugs the chest more than the belly. This way, you'll have ample room to breathe during the big day! Though less structured, the cinching along each tier of this maxi brings forth the drama – plus there's an adorable bow in the back.

The Drama Bow-Back Taffeta Gown goes for $150 and is available in 3 other colors in regular, petite, and tall sizes.

Taffeta Off-The-Shoulder Midi Dress

The stretchy taffeta fabric this midi's made from hosts a nice, shiny finish for taking your look to the next level. The structured bodice is brought up to an off-the-shoulder neckline with elegant puff sleeves that don't feel too overdone. The straight skirt boasts an equally elegant leg slit that hits around the top of the thigh.

The Taffeta Off-The-Shoulder Midi Dress is also shoppable in a bright magenta color for $130 and regular, petite, and tall sizes.

Meghan Markle is officially returning to our TV screens, but it's probably not what you're thinking. While everyone wishes that she was somehow re-joining the cast of Suits for a reunion season (still secretly hoping that will come true), or giving us another part to Harry & Meghan, she's actually starting a brand new venture. After dropping her ever-exclusive jams, Meghan's now set to star on her very own cooking show! She and Prince Harry — alongside their production company — are heading up this exciting new show, and we wanted to give you all the deets on what we know, when it will air, and what exciting guests will be on it!

Is Meghan Markle doing a cooking show?

Photo by Ben Stansall - WPA Pool/Getty Images

Meghan Markle is doing a cooking show, and according to Deadline we'll get to "see The Duchess, otherwise known as Meghan Markle, celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship." We love the sound of that! And with Harry and Meghan having quite a lot of famous friendships, we think there could be possible celebrity features! Maybe a Suits reunion? Or Tyler Perry feature? Maybe even Serena Williams? Given that Meghan's podcast Archetypes features a star-studded celebrity cast, then we have no doubt that's exactly what we'll get here, too!

Why is Meghan Markle doing a cooking show?

Photo by Chris Jackson/Getty Images for Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023

Meghan's seemingly always shown a passion for cooking and homemaking since her days of The Tig, a blog dedicated to all things in that same vein. Alongside that, she's also written her own cookbook (the proceeds of which went right to charity), and she also just released a jam from her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard. So since this brand is going to be selling things like tableware, linens, and cooking items, we could see this cooking show really tying together all the different parts of her passions she's shown us over time.

Who will be doing the Meghan Markle's cooking show?

Photo by Toby Melville - WPA Pool/Getty Images

Deadlinereported that Sony Pictures is producing Meghan's show. They said, "It will be produced by Sony Pictures Television’s The Intellectual Property Corporation, which is behind series including Hulu’s The D’Amelio Show and A&E’s Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath."

They also reported that Archwell, Hariton and Aaron Saidman, and Eli Holzman for IPC will executive produce this project as well. It will premiere via Netfliix like all of the other projects Prince Harry and Meghan have done! We can't wait!

Where did Meghan Markle's new show film?

Photo by Tim P. Whitby - Pool/Getty Images

They actually filmed Meghan Markle's cooking show at a house just 2 miles away from the family's residence in Montecito, California. Prince Harry and Meghan seem to draw a lot of inspiration from where they live since Meghan's brand American Riviera Orchard was also inspired by the lovely Montecito, CA. Plus, they apparently wanted to keep production close by, which we can only presume is because of their sweet little kids.

When will we get to watch Meghan Markle's cooking show?

Photo by Chris Jackson/Getty Images for the Invictus Games Foundation

The series unfortunately doesn't have a release date yet, but it's in the "early stages of productions" according to Deadline. Hopefully we'll find out more — including the actual name of Meghan's show — very soon! All we know is, whenever it does come out, we plan to binge the whole series ASAP!

Make sure to come back to this article for any updates on Prince Harry and Meghan's newest TV venture!

Whether you're cooking one for Passover or just to pass around your dinner table, a solid brisket recipe is a must-have in your repertoire. And while this brick of beef can seem intimidating, we've got you covered with a fool-proof (and delicious) recipe. You see, Brit+Co's very own President, Matthew Schulte, boasts a fantastic brisket, so we had to ask him what he does to make the magic happen. His mom's recipe was a little too watery and he loves Italian, so this recipe is a bit of a blur between classic Osso Buco and the tried and true Jewish tradition. Luckily for us — and you! — he sent along every thoughtful detail. So, without further ado, here's our favorite brisket recipe!

Brisket Recipe Ingredients:

Prep time: 20 mins
Oven time: 7-8 hours. Low and slow!

  • 1 Dutch OvenLe Crueset preferred, but not required 😉
  • 4-5 lbs of flat cut brisket (brisket reduces as it cooks, so this accounts for 1/2 lbs per person and a 20-30% reduction)
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 large can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 cup of a full bodied red wine (Matthew recommends something Italian)*
  • 1 32 oz beef broth, or enough to cover your vegetables
  • 4 whole, peeled cloves of garlic
  • 2 Vidalia onions, cut into large pieces
  • 3 shallots, diced
  • 8+ peeled carrots — the more the merrier, but 2 per person for sure
  • Fresh chopped thyme
  • Fresh chopped oregano

Brisket Recipe Instructions:

Photo by Isaac Taylor / PEXELS

  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Heavily salt, pepper, and thyme your brisket. (Both sides)
  3. Set your stove to high heat, sear your brisket for 5 minutes on each side in the dutch oven. Remove from the dutch oven when done.
  4. Lower the heat on your stovetop and add little beef broth to deglaze your dutch oven.
  5. Keep the heat low and add your shallots and garlic. Sweat those for 1-2 minutes.
  6. As the shallots and onions sweat, separately add tomato paste and smooth all over the brisket with the fat side down, keeping the paste is on top of the meat. Add some thyme to that once done.
  7. Add carrots and herbs to the shallots and garlic. Sweat the veggies for 4 more minutes.
  8. Add onions to veggies, and prepare the base for the meat to rest on top.
  9. Pour in 1 cup of wine and increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil.
  10. Add in enough beef broth so it covers most of the veggies.
  11. Add the brisket (with tomato paste facing up) back to the dutch oven on top of the veggies.
  12. Add the diced tomatoes.
  13. Bring to boil and cover. After that, you can put it in the oven.
  14. Check meat in 3 hours — be sure it doesn't need more liquid, and add in more if it does.
  15. Check meat again in 2 hours — this is now the fifth consecutive hour in the oven.
  16. Increase the oven temperature to 300 degrees for the last 2 hours, and add some beef broth (or wine if needed).
  17. Take the meat out and slice against grain — it's likely going to fall apart.
  18. Put your brisket back in the oven for last 30 mins to an hour.
  19. Voila! It's ready to serve.
