Zoe Saldana Says These Instagram Hashtags Helped Her Lose the Baby Weight

If there is one unsung celeb hero on Instagram, it might just be Zoe Saldana. Scroll through the actress’s page and you’ll find photos of her super handsome husband Marco Perego and adorable twin boys, as well as some behind-the-scenes, very real mommy moments.

In an interview with Allure, Zoe said, “After I had the boys, I was so inspired by the mommies [on social media] using their babies as weights, doing all their exercises in between naps and feeding times. I never went to a single gym — I exercised in my backyard! I went on YouTube. Social media isn’t just there to feed into your narcissism. Search #workoutmoms, #bouncingback, whatever and you’ll be flooded with women who will inspire you.”

Well damn, we did not see that answer coming. While a personal trainer is the most common way to go about the post-baby bod in Hollywood, we’re totally into this DIY alternative. In fact, Chris Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky also does the same sort of workout. Back in the beginning of 2016, she shared a video of her using her stroller to work out in her backyard. Looks like those mommy and me classes just got a lot more interesting.
